What Lukashenka’s Press Service Didn’t Mention, But Azerbaijani Media Covered

An unpleasant moment.

The SerpomPo Telegram channel analyzes the simultaneous visits of Putin to Beijing and Lukashenka to Azerbaijan.

— While Putin was quoting the words of the Soviet song “Russian and Chinese are brothers forever” in Beijing, Lukashenka, who arrived yesterday on a state visit to Azerbaijan, assured that he and Aliyev also communicate like brothers and equally understand where the world is heading.

Apparently, as a sign of this united fraternal view of the world, Lukashenka, as reported by the Azerbaijani media, “honored the memory of the heroic sons and daughters of the Motherland who gave their lives in the struggle for the independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, and laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame memorial.”

For some reason, the Lukashenka pool kept silent about this, posting only the laying of a wreath at the grave of Heydar Aliyev and flowers at the grave of his wife.

Maybe so as not to once again anger Armenia, with which Belarus is in the same military alliance?

Hardly. But it is not surprising that Armenia is moving towards leaving such allies.
