The ISW has revealed the details.

Russian occupants are shifting troops from Donetsk direction to Kharkiv direction because of successful attacks of the Ukrainian armed forces. This was reported by analysts of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

The ISW report says that Russian war correspondents claimed that the Ukrainian troops launched mechanised counterattacks near Hlyboke and counterattacked from the direction of Tikhe and around the Aggregate Plant near Vovchansk.

The occupiers, on the other hand, reportedly continued offensive operations north of Kharkiv near Liptsy and north-east of Kharkiv near the centre of Vovchansk and Vovchanski Khutori.

The ISW noted that Colonel Yuriy Povkh, the spokesman of the Kharkiv grouping of troops, said that the Russian Armed Forces had redeployed units of the 155th Independent Marine Brigade and the 18th Motorised Rifle Division to the Liptsy direction to replace units that had lost combat capability. In addition, the Russians have been pulling additional military units to Vovchansk since June 12-13.

At the same time, according to the report, the occupants advanced west of Razdolivka in Donetsk Region. The Russian Armed Forces also advanced in the area of Chasiv Yar, west of Avdiivka. Thus, Russian troops advanced south of Sokil (north-west of Avdiivka) and slightly advanced north of Umanske (west of Avdiivka).
