Belarusian Foreign Ministry Sends Note To Armenia

  • 21.06.2024, 17:17

Lukashists have summoned the Charge d'Affaires of Armenia.

On June 21, the Belarusian Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting between the Head of the Department of Bilateral Cooperation with the CIS Countries Siarhei Malunou and the Charge d'Affaires of Armenia in Belarus Narek Tiraturyan.

“The diplomats discussed a number of topical issues of bilateral relations, prospects for trade and economic cooperation and interaction in joint integration structures. The corresponding note of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry was sent to the Armenian side,” the statement said.

It should be noted that this happened shortly after Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that neither he nor any other official would visit Belarus while Lukashenka was in power there. The reason is the dictator's statements in Azerbaijan.
