Because of Pashinyan's position.

The Armenian delegation will not participate in the "Slavonic Bazaar" festival in Vitsebsk this year. This was announced by Vrezh Kirakosyan, head of the delegation and director of Yerevan State College of Culture and Arts.

"Due to the statement of the Armenian Prime Minister on terminating official relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Belarus, the official delegation of Armenia has decided not to go to Belarus and not to participate in the annual international Slavonic Bazaar 2024 contest, which will be held in Belarus from July 8 to 18 this year," Kirakosyan said.

As Charter97.org wrote, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that he would not come to Belarus as long as Lukashenka is in power there.
