Belarus Imposes New Restrictions For Individual Entrepreneurs And The Self-Employed

The Council of Ministers has published a list of activities that individual entrepreneurs and the self-employed will be able to continue to engage in.

Thus, the authorities have removed wholesale trade from the list of activities that individual entrepreneurs will be able to continue to engage in. Retail trade remains on this list.

The types of activities in construction have also been thinned out. They have left, among other things, electrical installation, plumbing, insulation, plastering, carpentry, joinery, painting and glass work. And also — installation and assembly of other engineering equipment, installation of floor coverings and wall cladding. There are also items “other finishing works” and “other special construction works”.
